About Wynne

Virginia Wynne Naylor, born September 16, 2016, was the beloved daughter of Cole and Alli Naylor, and big sister to Neely and Reeves.

Wynne, our oldest daughter and the leader of our girl pack, was always on an adventure. The blonde of our family, she was a devoted big sister to Neely and Reeves and a loyal friend to so many. Wynne’s imagination was limitless, and she asked LOTS of questions—soaking up every answer in her never-ending pursuit to learn. Along with her curiosity about the world, Wynne’s faith was growing too; she loved Jesus and had a desire to know Him more each day.

Wynne had a great love for nature: a hunter, a fisher, and fearless when it came to catching reptiles or insects. Wynne danced and tumbled through life, sharing jokes and laughter wherever she went, yet she was also a fierce athlete. She may not have been the biggest kid her age, but she was one of the scrappiest and most determined competitors you could ever face—and she could run like the wind. Whether on the soccer field, basketball court, tumble mat, or dance stage, Wynne moved with grace and confidence, inspiring everyone who watched her.

On July 4, 2025, while attending Camp Mystic in Hunt, Texas, Wynne was among the 25 campers and 2 counselors - known as Heaven’s 27 - who tragically lost their lives in the Kerr County Guadalupe River flooding.

Wynne will always be loved. Wynne will always share her love.
